在知识经济时代下,人才竞争已演变为企业间的竞争,人才逐渐成为不同行业、领域企业得以生存发展的战略性物资。而招聘是企业获取各类人才的关键性途径,也是企业补充内部员工的重要渠道,能够为其不断注入新鲜的血液。但在招聘过程中,经常出现信息不对称问题,存在招聘风险。为此,需要采用多样化的措施,加以解决,提高企业的运营效益。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, talent competition has evolved into competition among enterprises, and talent has gradually become a strategic material for the survival and development of enterprises in different industries and fields. And hiring is a key way for enterprises to get all kinds of talents. It is also an important channel for enterprises to replenish their internal staff, and can continuously inject fresh blood for them. However, in the recruitment process, information asymmetry often occurs, there is the risk of recruitment. To this end, we need to adopt a variety of measures to be addressed and improve the operational efficiency of enterprises.
