为了提高临床检验质量和工作效率,应该把竞争机制引入医院检验科的管理。日前许多医院检验科大都是以“集中”的管理方式,检验科人员的工作安排也大都是采取部分人员按专业确定岗位,部分人员轮转的形式。对于确定岗位人员的安排,大部分是优先考虑老同志。特别是生化室、细菌室、免疫室等。而临检室的工作多由中青年或新调入的同志承担。这种管理方式固然有它的优点,老同志身上也确实有不少可贵之处,如守纪律、责任心强、有多年工作经验等。但他们中的部分同志往往存在安于现状,不求进取的心理,对于新技术反应较迟纯,工作缺乏开拓精神,同时论资

However, some of their comrades tend to be content with the status quo and are not seeking progress. They are less pure about new technology, and lack the pioneering spirit of work.
