本文探讨了基于虚拟现实技术的产品结构模型交互系统的构建,整个系统包括产品结构理论和案例模块,产品结构模型展示模块和产品结构模型交互模块,利用三维造型软件对系统模型进行建模,并导出成VRML格式的文件;然后利用VRML事件体系和Javascript程序语言来定义交互过程;最后,通过网页插件实现基于Web3D的产品结构模型的实时展示和拆装演示的交互设计。该系统凭借其沉浸感、体验感和低成本等优势,能够很好的满足该课程的学习需求,将枯燥的知识直观化、形象化和系统化,引发学生的学习兴趣,进而启发引导学生对产品的结构进行改良和创新设计。
This article explores the construction of product structure model interaction system based on virtual reality technology. The whole system includes product structure theory and case module, product structure model display module and product structure model interaction module. The system model is modeled by using 3D modeling software And then use VRML event system and Javascript programming language to define the interaction process. Finally, through Web page plug-in, we can realize the real-time display and disassembly demonstration interaction design of Web3D-based product structure model. The system can meet the learning needs of the course well with its advantages of immersion, experience and low cost. It can intuitively visualize, visualize and systematize the boring knowledge and trigger students’ interest in learning so as to inspire and guide students.
