1 演示晶体二极管的单向导电性我们采用铁皮手电筒演示晶体二极管的单向导电性,效果很好。方法是:将手电筒的后盖打开,闭合开关,把二极管的一条腿弯曲,然后一只手拿手电筒(灯头稍向下倾斜),另一只手拿二极管,使两极分别与电池负极和手电筒外皮连接(其示意图见图1甲)。如灯泡亮,表明二极管导的连接如图1乙所示,灯泡不亮表明二极管的连接如图1丙所示,这样演示很直观地说明二极管的单向导电性。
1 Demonstrate the unidirectional conductivity of a crystal diode We use a metal flashlight to demonstrate the unidirectional conductivity of a crystal diode, which works well. The method is: open the back cover of the flashlight, close the switch, bend one leg of the diode, then hold the flashlight in one hand (the lamp head is slightly inclined downwards), the other hand holds the diode, and make the two poles separate from the battery cathode and flashlight sheath. The connection (shown in Figure 1A). If the bulb is bright, it indicates that the diode lead is connected as shown in Figure 1B. The light bulb is not lit to show that the diode is connected as shown in Figure 1C. This demonstration shows the unidirectional conductivity of the diode intuitively.
