“约束砼与普通砼强度理论及应用”学术讨论会于1987年10月26日～30日在烟台市召开。这次讨论会系根据中国建筑学会结构委员会计划,由结构委员会砼学组和清华大学土木工程系联合主办的,会议得到中国建筑科学研究院结构所和天津大学土木系的积极支持。参加这次会议的代表共有114人,分别来自高等院校、科研、设计、施工和军工等54个单位。会议收到论文91篇,其中66篇汇印成会议论 The “Constraints and General Strength Theory and Applications” seminar was held in Yantai from October 26 to October 30, 1987. The seminar was organized by the Structure Committee of the Architectural Society of China and jointly organized by the School Board School of Management and the Department of Civil Engineering of Tsinghua University. The conference was actively supported by the Institute of Structure Research of China Academy of Building Research and the Department of Civil Engineering of Tianjin University. A total of 114 representatives attended the conference, including 54 institutions of higher learning, research, design, construction, and military.
