通过测试比较等离子熔积成形工艺与真空精密熔模铸造所得GH163高温合金零件微观组织与力学性能,发现等离子熔积成形GH163高温合金零件具有良好的力学性能,特别在X-Y方向的常温、高温拉伸性能均超过真空精密熔模铸造10%,塑性提高近1倍,其高温持久寿命可延长40%左右.采用等离子熔积直接成形GH163高温合金零件的微观组织细小致密,成分均匀,偏析小,熔积层无分层、气孔、夹杂等缺陷,因此能够更好地适应航空要求.
Through comparing the microstructure and mechanical properties of the GH163 superalloy parts obtained by plasma melting and forming process and vacuum precision investment casting, it was found that the GH163 superalloy parts produced by plasma forming have good mechanical properties, especially in the XY direction at room temperature and high temperature The properties of the GH163 superalloy parts are all compact and compact, the components are small, the segregation is small, the melting is small, and the melting point is about 10% Layers without stratification, porosity, inclusions and other defects, so to better adapt to aviation requirements.
