摘自冶金部钢铁研究总院研究生吴智文的硕士学位论文,导师:唐仲和、倪满森 水平连铸是近十年发展起来的连铸新技术,它与传统的立式和弧型连铸工艺相比具有许多优点和冶金特性。木文根据齐钢水平连铸机实际情况,采用合理简化及假设条件,建立了方坯二维水平连铸拉坯方向及初期坯壳的凝固传热数学模型,编制了通用的计算机程序。运算结果和实测值以及有关研究结果取得一致,表明所建立的数学模型是符合实际的,并给方坯水平连铸机提供了理论计算结果,对现厂生产有指导意义。
