目的:研究7个基因中的12个单核苷酸多态性(singlenucleotidepolymorphisms,SNPs)与慢性牙周炎的相关性,筛查上海地区汉族慢性牙周炎患者相关易感基因的SNP位点。方法:应用高通量基因分型质谱技术(MALDI-TOFMSsystem),对上海地区汉族人群所选定的SNP进行分型,研究人群为随机入组的50例牙周正常者和48例慢性牙周炎患者,按照统一设计的问卷格式,收集病史、家族史、体征、实验室检查、治疗、随访等资料。应用SPSS13.0软件包对数据进行χ2检验。结果:9p21.3区域的rs2891168的GG基因型与慢性牙周炎显著相关,OR=3.071(95%CI:1.018~9.260,P=0.046)。结论:rs2891168中的GG与上海地区汉族人群的慢性牙周炎发病具有显著相关性。
Objective: To investigate the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and chronic periodontitis in seven genes and to screen the SNPs of susceptible genes in patients with chronic periodontitis in Shanghai. Methods: The selected SNPs in Han population of Shanghai were genotyped by using MALDI-TOF MS system. The study population was randomly divided into 50 normal persons with periodontal disease and 48 patients with chronic periodontitis Inflammation patients, according to a unified design of the questionnaire format, collection of medical history, family history, signs, laboratory tests, treatment, follow-up and other information. The SPSS 13.0 software package was used to perform χ2 test on the data. Results: GG genotype of rs2891168 in 9p21.3 region was significantly associated with chronic periodontitis, OR = 3.071 (95% CI: 1.018-9.260, P = 0.046). Conclusion: GG in rs2891168 has a significant correlation with the incidence of chronic periodontitis in Han nationality in Shanghai.
