目的:旨在考查自制药盒化99Tcm-HIG的正常人体分布、药代动力学及辐射吸收剂量.方法:静注99Tcm-HIG后系列显像,收集血尿标本,按MIRD法计算器官吸剂剂量.结果:给药后5min,1,4,24h全身显像血池内放射性长时滞留,肝、肾及膀胱有很高的放射性.胃肠道、甲状腺及骨髓内未见明显放射性.24h经尿排出放射性占注射剂量38%.器官吸收剂量(pGy/Bq)为:全身2.4,肝8.2,脾11.3,肾14.9,肺4.0,睾丸19.8.有效剂量当量为0.011mSv/MBq.结论:99Tcm-HIG具有较理想的生物分布特征,器官吸收剂量较低,是安全简便的炎症显像剂.
OBJECTIVE: To examine the normal human body distribution, pharmacokinetics, and radiation absorbed dose of self-made kit of 99Tcm-HIG. Methods: After 99Tcm-HIG intravenous injection, hematuria samples were collected and the organ dose was calculated by MIRD method. Results: At 5 minutes after administration, 1,4,4 and 24 hours of whole body imaging showed long-term radioactive retention in the blood pool and high radioactivity in liver, kidney and bladder. Gastrointestinal, thyroid and bone marrow showed no significant radioactivity. 24h by urine radioactive injection accounted for 38% of the dose. Organ absorbed dose (pGy / Bq) was: systemic 2.4, liver 8.2, spleen 11.3, kidney 14.9, lung 4.0, testis 19.8. The effective dose equivalent is 0.011 mSv / MBq. Conclusion: 99Tcm-HIG has the ideal biodistribution and low organ absorption dose, which is a safe and easy inflammatory imaging agent.
