肝脏在不断地向血浆中分泌着二酸甘油酯。证明,此器官是血浆三酸甘油酯的主要来源。未经离子化的去垢剂三硝基甲苯能阻断血内循行的三酸甘油酯从血浆的流出。因此,测定经过三硝基甲苯处理过的动物血浆内的三酸甘油酯的浓度就是三酸甘油酯由肝脏向血浆分泌的量。作者的实验材料证明,当给老鼠静脉内注射三硝基甲苯时血浆内三酸甘油酯的含量显著地增加。事先注射CCl_4能防止由注射三硝基甲苯引起的血浆内三酸甘油酯的显著增加。事先给动物注射铈不影响血浆内由于注射三硝基甲苯而恢复
The liver constantly secretes diglycerides into the plasma. It proved that this organ is the main source of plasma triglyceride. Trinitrotoluene, a non-ionized detergent, blocks the outflow of triglyceride from blood plasma. Therefore, the concentration of triglyceride in the plasma of animals treated with trinitrotoluene was measured as the amount of triglyceride secreted from liver to plasma. The authors’ experimental materials demonstrated that the plasma triglyceride content increased significantly when rats were given intravenous injections of trinitrotoluene. Injection of CCl_4 in advance prevented a significant increase in plasma triglyceride caused by the injection of trinitrotoluene. Pre-injection of animal fleas does not affect plasma recovery due to injection of trinitrotoluene
