现在的教育不仅仅是知识的传授,更重要的是师生之间、学生之间的互动与共同发展过程。如今的课堂由于教学内容多,教师要在一节课内完成知识点以及课堂练习,所以教学模式大都是老师在讲习题,学生被动吸收。这样的教学模式不仅不利于师生之间的沟通,还不利于学生对知识点的吸收。因此,作为数学教师,要改变传统的教学模式,要学会在课堂上与学生互动。
