WK-4型挖掘机在白云铁矿担负着矿石的入破和岩石的二次转载的挖掘任务。随着矿山生产能力的不断提高,矿、岩的二次转载工作量也相对加大,所以对挖掘机的工作能力和工作的可靠性都提出了更高的要求。采用现有的控制系统和气控元件已不能满足生产要求。该系统的气控元件及管路已沿用了相当长的时间,且回转、推压、提升、行走部分的控制也不是很灵敏,尤其冬季比较明显,因气控系统
