作者对本院妇产科３７４例新生儿脐带血作了血红蛋白（Ｈｂ）电泳等分析；发现ＨｂＢａｒｔ′ｓ阳性者５２例，占被检人数１３．９０％，其中壮族检出率１６．１７％；汉族检出率１０．２９％，在检出的５２例中，除３例ＨｂＨ＋ＨｂＢａｒｔ′ｓ外，主要为α－地２杂合子和α－地１杂合子两种类型。提示ＨｂＨ病或ＨｂＢａｒｔ′ｓ胎儿（胎儿水肿综合征）发生的机率增高，同时提出了一些预防措施 The author of 374 cases of obstetrics and gynecology neonatal cord blood hemoglobin (Hb) electrophoresis analysis; found HbBart’s positive in 52 cases, accounting for 13.90% of the number of seized, of which Zhuang detection rate of 16.17% .
