施工企业在项目管理中,通过编制12种项目管理图表,对工程项目进行量化控制,可以提高项目施工管理水平,达到对工程组织、成本控制、资金平衡、盈亏情况有比较清晰的认识,组织工程有比较正确的思路,从而使工程在有效控制中实施并达到预想的目标;上级管理者可将审核后的管理图表作为对项目的管理及考评基础资料,实现对项目的有效控制,管理图表中的指标可作为承包合同的承包指标。现将12种项目管理图表介绍如下:
