针对铸造定量浇注系统具有时变、非线性、干扰多等因素导致精细控制难于实现,通过分析某型电磁泵定量浇注系统工作原理及生产流程,得到电磁泵定量浇注系统数学模型,在系统自身具有双参数控制特征的基础上改造设计了PID控制器,并进行仿真试验分析。仿真结果表明,基于PID的铸造定量浇注控制系统能够有效的控制浇注速度且具有良好的快速性、稳定性和鲁棒性。
In view of the time-varying, non-linearity and interference caused by many factors such as time-varying, non-linearity and disturbance, it is difficult to realize the fine control. Through analyzing the working principle and production flow of a certain type of electromagnetic pump quantitative pouring system, the mathematical model of quantitative pouring system of electromagnetic pump is obtained. Based on the two-parameter control characteristics, the PID controller is designed and modified, and the simulation analysis is carried out. The simulation results show that the PID-based casting quantitative casting control system can effectively control the casting speed and has good fastness, stability and robustness.
