The accuracy of posture fixation and repeat placement is one of the key factors affecting the therapeutic effect of tumor X-knife. For the top tumor, due to the inability to use the head ring for fixation and treatment, the conventional methods of body positioning framework cannot be used to accurately fix and treatment. We have successfully performed X-knife treatment of cervical tumors with improved fixation techniques and received satisfactory near-term therapeutic effects. Now position
