为切实贯彻落实党中央关于加强领导干部廉洁自律的要求,自治区党委特作如下规定：一、领导干部要严格自律。对送钱的要坚决拒绝,严肃批评。拒绝不了的应当立即上交组织,记录在案。对违反规定收受现金、有价证券和贵重物品的,要依纪依法严肃处理。对向领导干部送钱的人,也要调查清楚,严肃处理。二、领导干部要严格遵守组织人事工作纪律,不能越权,不能滥用权力,并坚决抵制跑官要官的错误行为。凡是跑官要官的,不但不能重用,而且要批评教育,并及时告诉组织部门,记录在案,今后对这样的同志要注意观察。
In order to earnestly implement the requirements of the party Central Committee on strengthening leading cadres’ honesty and self-discipline, the regional party committees of the autonomous region have the special provisions as follows: First, leading cadres must strictly observe self-discipline. Give money to be strongly rejected, serious criticism. Should not refuse to be submitted immediately to the organization, record the case. In case of accepting cash, securities or valuables in violation of the provisions, it shall be dealt with severely in accordance with the law. Those who give money to leading cadres should also investigate and deal with them seriously. Second, leading cadres must strictly abide by the discipline of organizing personnel work, should not overpower their authority, abuse their power, and resolutely resist the wrong behaviors of running chief officials. All those officials who run the government should not only be reused, but also criticized education and promptly told the organization department to record the case and pay attention to such observation in the future.
