非内分泌腺组织,当其发生异常生长而形成肿瘤,尤其是癌时,往往产生其他内分泌腺所分泌的激素,这种激素称为异位激素。判断肿瘤组织是否产生异位激素,要符合以下标准:一、肿瘤患者出现临床内分泌失调,在血液中某种激素水平异常增高。二、切除正常产生激素的内分泌腺体,相应的激素水平不下降。三、切除肿瘤,循环异常增高的激素水平降到正常,内分泌失调的症状消失。四、肿瘤组织的动脉血与静脉血的激素浓度差显著,静脉血的激素浓度大于动脉血。五、实验室试验,用免疫荧光抗体定位技术可直接观察在肿瘤组织中的异位激素。肿瘤组织或其培养的细胞株在离体条件下能分泌激素。

Tumor tissues or their cultured cell lines secrete hormones under ex vivo conditions.
