目的探讨锰对人体必需元素干扰,方法根据CB3232-82诊断标准对13例确诊锰中毒病人、23例锰观察对象,采用原子吸收分光光度计,检测了人体必需镁、钙、锌、铁、铜五种元素的水平,结果病例组接、钙、锌明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),而铁明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。驱锰治疗后,尿锰达正常值两周后,镁、钙、锌自然上升,铁自然下降,与对照组比较仍有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论锰引起震颤,腓肠肌痉挛和男性生殖器官功能障碍与锰拮抗镁、钙、锌低下的因素不能排除。
Objective To investigate the interference of manganese on the essential elements of human body. Methods According to diagnostic criteria of CB3232-82, 13 cases of manganese poisoning patients and 23 cases of manganese observation objects were examined. Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer was used to detect the contents of essential magnesium, calcium, zinc, iron, copper The results showed that the levels of calcium, zinc and zinc were significantly lower than those of the normal control group (P <0.01 or P <0.05), while the levels of iron were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.01). Magnesium, calcium and zinc increased naturally and iron decreased naturally after two weeks of urinary manganese treatment. There was still a significant difference compared with the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Manganese can cause tremor, gastrocnemius muscle spasm and male reproductive organ dysfunction and manganese antagonism factors of magnesium, calcium and zinc can not be ruled out.
