19个丘陵人口大县(市、区)“普九”的社会环境,包括软硬环境两个部份。社会软环境所包涵的内容十分复杂,本课题着重分析当地社区成员对教育的认识,以及当地的社会经济体制和教育体制改革的现状。至于社会的硬环境,本课题也只分析最核心部份——各县(市区)社会经济的增长和发展状况。
Nineteen hilly populous counties (cities, districts) “Pu nine” social environment, including both soft and hard environment. The content of social soft environment is very complicated. This topic focuses on the analysis of local community members’ understanding of education, as well as the status of local social economic system and educational system reform. As for the hard environment of society, this subject only analyzes the most core part - the socio-economic growth and development of counties (cities).
