目的:对市售不同厂家的磷酸铝抗酸剂进行药剂学比较研究。方法:就性状、含量、抗酸力、粘度、沉降速率等进行检验测定。结果:制剂A(韩国产品)为乳状体,挂壁效果好;制剂B(台湾产品)为乳状体,挂壁效果较好;制剂C(台湾产品)为乳状体但挂壁效果不好。制剂A中磷酸铝含量为标示量的97.57%;制剂B为103.46%;制剂C为98.48%。抗酸力制剂A约等于制剂B大于制剂C。不同pH值下的动力粘度制剂A大大于制剂B约等于制剂C。沉降容积比制剂A大大于制剂B大于制剂C。结论:制剂A在性状、抗酸力、粘度、沉降速率等比较中结果较为满意。
Objective: To compare the pharmacology of aluminum phosphate antacids from different manufacturers. Methods: The properties, content, acid resistance, viscosity, sedimentation rate were tested. Results: Formulation A (Korean product) was a milky body with good wall-hanging effect. Formulation B (Taiwan product) was an emulsion with good wall-hanging effect. Formulation C (Taiwan product) was an emulsion with poor wall-hanging effect. Formulation A aluminum phosphate content of 97.57% of the labeled amount; Formulation B was 103.46%; Formulation C was 98.48%. Antacid Formulation A is approximately equal to Formulation B over Formulation C. Kinetic viscosity at different pHs Formulation A is substantially greater than Formulation B approximately equal to Formulation C. Sedimentation volume was greater for Formulation A than Formulation B than Formulation C. Conclusion: Formulation A is satisfactory in the comparisons of traits, acid resistance, viscosity and sedimentation rate.
