目的对AKT、PTEN在脑胶质瘤患者中的测定意义予以探究并剖析。方法此次研究中,随机选取44例脑胶质瘤患者作为实验对象,均为我院肿瘤科自2014-02-2015-04月期间所接收,对患者应用AKT、PTEN测定的具体情况展开探讨。结果 PTEN蛋白测定脑胶质瘤和正常脑组织时,二者呈负相关关系(P<0.05)AKT蛋白测定结果与脑胶质瘤病理关系呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论脑胶质瘤的发生发展中AKT与PTEN的作用可能互相拮抗,二者在相互作用下,促进了脑胶质瘤的恶性进展,甚至危及到患者的生命安全。
Objective To explore and analyze the significance of AKT and PTEN in glioma patients. Methods In this study, 44 cases of glioma were randomly selected as the experimental subjects, all of which were received by our oncology department from 2014-02 to 2015-04, and the patients were treated with AKT and PTEN . Results There was a negative correlation between PTEN protein expression in gliomas and normal brain tissues (P <0.05). AKT protein expression was negatively correlated with the pathological features of gliomas (P <0.05). Conclusions The role of AKT and PTEN in the development of glioma may antagonize each other. The interaction between them may promote the malignant progression of glioma and even endanger the life safety of patients.
