探讨影响弱视治疗的因素。方法用遮盖法或压抑疗法治疗66例屈光参差和斜视性弱视儿童，并随访2年以上。结果配合治疗者治愈率达96．00％，疗程大多在1年内，不配合治疗者，治愈率50％，疗程2年以上。结论配合治疗是提高弱视治疗效果的最关键因素。
To explore the factors that affect the treatment of amblyopia. Methods 66 cases of anisometropia and strabismic amblyopia were treated with masking or repressive therapy and were followed up for more than 2 years. The results with the cure rate of 96.00%, most of the course of treatment within 1 year, do not with the treatment, the cure rate was 50%, treatment for 2 years. Conclusion Cooperative treatment is the most crucial factor to improve the therapeutic effect of amblyopia.
