介绍了单圆弧突角留磨齿轮滚刀设计初衷、齿形参数的优化以及具体的设计步骤和计算,与常用留磨齿轮滚刀进行了比较,对ZZ501.301大齿轮和ZZ501.103/1龆轮两种滚刀的异同进行对比,合理的滚刀齿形保证了齿轮磨后渐开线与磨前齿廓的齿根过渡曲线光滑连接,避免了齿根热处理变形带来的台阶等缺陷,符合要求的有效渐开线长度改善了齿轮的啮合性能,齿根单圆弧槽设计提高了齿根抗弯强度。
This paper introduces the original design of hob cutter with single circular arc crown grinding wheel, the optimization of the profile parameters and the design steps and calculation. Compared with the common hob cutter, the ZZ501.301 gear and ZZ501.103 / 1 pinion two kinds of hob similarities and differences to be compared, a reasonable hob gear to ensure that the gear after grinding involute and tooth profile before tooth root transition curve smooth connection, to avoid distortion caused by dedendum to bring the steps and so on Defects, the effective involute length that meets the requirement improves the meshing performance of the gear, and the design of the root circular arc groove improves the bending strength of the tooth root.
