为了改善声学显微镜换能器输出信号,从理论上分析了声学显微镜换能器输出信号的拖尾现象产生的原因,是由于它的传递函数的幅频特性起伏大引起的。由此分析提出了一种换能器匹配网络的原理和方法。利用付里叶变换和CAD求出超声换能器的传递函数,选择级联的带阻滤波器作为换能器的匹配网络,减小换能器传递函数的起伏。经过计算机模拟和实际匹配网络的制作,联机测试结果证明上述方法达到了改善换能器输出信号的目的。
In order to improve the output signal of the acoustic microscope transducer, it is theoretically analyzed that the trailing phenomenon of the output signal of the acoustic microscope transducer is caused by the large amplitude-frequency characteristic of its transfer function. Based on this analysis, a principle and method of transducer matching network are proposed. The Fourier transform and CAD are used to find the transfer function of the ultrasonic transducer. The cascaded band-stop filter is chosen as the matching network of the transducer to reduce the fluctuation of the transfer function of the transducer. After computer simulation and actual matching network production, online test results show that the above method to achieve the purpose of improving the transducer output signal.
