我国的企业制度在随着国家政治经济体制不断完善的同时也有了新的发展。不断发展壮大的优秀企业,不仅仅给我国带来巨大的经济效益,也带来了一系列的新的管理理念。一个优秀的企业,必然具有其独特的竞争优势,结合企业自身发展状况、市场运作规律而架构的企业先进管理体系,是一个优秀企业最具有竞争力的软实力。不管是公司的人事管理体系、资金运转体系还是档案管理体系,都是一个企业整体管理的一部分,新的社会政治经济发展下,企业人事档案的管理也逐渐发挥出更多的作用。本文主要针对企业干部人事档案管理工作进行简要分析,探讨其发展现状及具体管理措施。
Our country’s enterprise system has undergone new developments as the country’s political and economic system continues to improve. A good enterprise must have its own unique competitive advantages, combined with the enterprise’s own development, the operation of the market and the structure of the enterprise advanced management system, is a most outstanding companies the most competitive soft power. Whether it is the company’s personnel management system, capital operation system or file management system, are part of a company’s overall management, the new social, political and economic development, the management of enterprise personnel files have gradually played a more important role. This article mainly analyzes the management of personnel records of enterprise cadres, and discusses its development status and specific management measures.
