本文结合前人的各项研究成果,先说明大纲的整体情况,再提出改进的建议,以供后续修正的参考。大纲注重核心化素质、重视实用性课程、立足实践性模式和强调多元化评估,都是值得赞许之处。但还有需要进一步建设的地方:在培训对象上,可囊括不在大纲规定上却需要培训的教师;在培训目标上,可细分教师的培训等级,为不同等级的教师设定不同目标;在培训课程上,可针对教学层次、教学对象和授课方式设置课程,课程内容要再细化且清楚些;在培训模式上,可全面吸收现今有效的培训方法与成果。
Based on the research results of predecessors, this paper first describes the overall situation of the outline, and then puts forward suggestions for improvement for reference for subsequent revision. It is commendable that the syllabus focuses on core qualifications, emphasizes practical courses, bases practical models and emphasizes diversity assessment. However, there are some areas that need further development. For those who are trained, teachers who do not need outline training but need training may be included. In terms of training objectives, teachers’ training levels may be broken down to set different goals for different levels of teachers. At In the training courses, the courses can be set up for the teaching level, teaching objects and teaching methods. The contents of the courses should be further refined and made clear. In the training mode, the training methods and achievements of today’s effective training can be fully absorbed.
