以柔性轴承波发生器杯型柔轮谐波齿轮传动为对象 ,研究了谐波齿轮传动强度分析中 ,最为关键的波发生器外圈内圈与滚球的接触、外圈与柔轮通过油膜层的接触以及刚轮与柔轮通过齿与齿的啮合直接接触等 3个接触问题 ,分别推导和建立了这些接触问题的力学和有限元法数值计算模型。
In this paper, the harmonic wave gear drive of cup-type flexspline of flexible bearing wave generator is taken as the research object. The most critical wave generator outer ring contact with the rolling ball is studied in the harmonic gear transmission strength analysis. The outer ring and the flexspline pass the oil film Layer contact and the contact between the rigid wheel and the flexible wheel through the teeth and the teeth are directly contacted. The numerical models of the mechanics and the finite element method for these contact problems are deduced and established respectively.
