体育老师对“教师是研究者”的理念从不屑一顾,到现在的举国共鸣,可谓新课程带来的最轰动的效应。但教师如何成为研究者,却仍然普遍迷茫,论文能获奖、课题能立项就一定是真正的研究者了吗?非也!笔者困惑有二:
