临近假期了,各类教师培训又将进入高峰期。回顾2014年,从教育部到各地教育局以及各校的校本培训,教师的培训真可谓丰富多彩。从行政主管部门的角度来说,教师培训自然越多越好,一则提升了教师的专业能力,二则拓宽了教师的知识视野,三则强化了教师的敬业爱岗精神,等等。从学校层面来说,管理者一向也认为,培训是老师们最好的福利,有学习的机会当然是天大的好事。然而,实际情况是:受训者对于培训的要求越来越高,"培
Close to the holidays, all kinds of teacher training will enter the peak period. Looking back at the 2014 school-based training from the Ministry of Education to local education bureaus and schools, teacher training can be described as rich and colorful. From the point of view of administrative departments, the more natural the teacher training is, the better. One is to enhance teachers’ professional ability, the other is to broaden teachers’ knowledge horizons, and the third is to strengthen teachers’ professional dedication and so forth. From the school level, managers have always believed that training is the best welfare for teachers. The opportunity to learn is certainly a good thing. However, the actual situation is: trainees have higher and higher requirements for training.
