研究以国家队铁饼运动员的技术为研究对象,运用摄像、解析、比较等方法对相关技术参数进行分析研究,我国优秀女子铁饼运动员技术呈现为平速型、后速型和全速型。平速型更能体现平稳转动、逐步加速、持续用力的合理技术。铁饼运行后期最高点、最低点之间的落差及相应位置关系的变化,蕴含着不同发力形式的区别:李艳凤等三名队员此段落的铁饼运行呈现出急剧下降的状态,将垂直用力与旋转摆动效果合二为一,加强了最后用力的发力力度,此类发力形式可称为“下压型”;其余队员此段落铁饼垂直落差值较小,即注重集中发挥旋转给铁饼带来的离心力,或可称为“平摆型”发力形式。李艳凤铁饼出手前最后阶段运行轨迹的特征更符合现代铁饼技术要求,表现更为合理。支撑矩大小对用力幅度会产生较大的影响。
