目的:建立过岗龙片的薄层鉴别方法。方法:以3’,4’,5’,5,7-五甲氧基黄酮和3’,4’-亚甲二氧基-5’,5,6,7-四甲氧基黄酮为对照品,对过岗龙片进行薄层鉴别,并考察不同展开系统、不同点样量、不同薄层板、薄层板不同厚度、不同检视方式、不同CMC-Na浓度、不同温度、不同湿度对过岗龙片薄层色谱的影响。结果:以3’,4’,5’,5,7-五甲氧基黄酮和3’,4’-亚甲二氧基-5’,5,6,7-四甲氧基黄酮为对照品,石油醚-乙酸乙酯(2:5)为展开系统,过岗龙片薄层鉴别特征明显,专属性强。结论:该方法可行性好,可作为过岗龙片的薄层鉴别方法。
