婴幼儿或青少年的下睑内侧睑缘睫毛由于倾斜度异常,排列散乱,触及眼球而致内侧球结膜充血和角膜擦伤,在我国是比较常见的眼病。目前对其诊断和处理意见尚有分歧。本文报告54例儿童和青少年下睑睫毛内翻。并对其诊断和治疗及其发病进行探讨。临床资料和分析眼科中心1989.1～1990.1门诊病人,有下睑睫毛内翻者54例(99眼),男21人(39眼),女33人(60眼)。年龄分布≤6岁17人,7～15岁28人,>15岁9人。双眼发病45人,单眼发病中右眼6人左眼3人。

Clinical data and analysis Ophthalmic center 1989.1 ~ 1990.1 outpatients, there are 54 cases (99 eyes) of lower eyelid eye varicocele, 21 males (39 eyes) and 33 females (60 eyes). Age distribution ≤ 6 years old 17 people, 7 ~ 15 years old 28 people,> 15 years old 9 people. 45 cases of binocular onset, monocular disease in the right eye, 6 left eye 3 people.
