石油局一专利技术,经油田现场操作人员使用后,降低了劳动强度、操作方便、安全可靠、满足了抽油生产的要求,经检验所有技术指标均达到了设计要求。目前该专利技术在油田现场运用3年,施工300多井次,成功率100%,为新疆石油局取得了较好的经济效益,它就是石油局采油工艺研究院科研人员自行设计成功的的F10抽油胶皮闸门,该技术近日得到了国家知识产权局的专利授权。在油田建设开发中,抽油机采油是油田开发的重要组成部分。抽油机在工作中,由于受井下压力变化影响,导致油井井口密封盘根经常受损, 造成井口漏油,另外抽油机在停喷转抽时,因为井底压力不稳,当油层油压过大或升高时,抽油机的胶皮闸门易受损,向外冲出,较容易造成油井事故和人员受伤。
