等待是我们作为教育者的一种良好品质,我们必须要学会等待。而在语文教学中,不愿等待、不能等待、不想等待的现象比比皆是。上课时,老师和学生还没有做好准备、进入状态,我们需要学会等待。问题提出之后,学生还没有进行充分的阅读、思考、研究和交流,还有一些反应慢、接受慢、同时也正在努力思考的学生,我们需要学会等待。出现了节外之枝,我们需要学会等待,需要耐下心来,花点功夫,准确把握,机智处理。当学生有困难和障碍的时候,我们需要学会的是更加为其负责的等待和追问,需要的不仅仅是耐心,更是老师的教育机智,是老师的耐心点拨和引导,是老师的铺垫、梯子和台阶。临近下课,时间紧迫,还有部分教学内容没有完成,我们需要学会等待,不要怕有遗憾,因为我们教学的主体是学生,教学的目的是学生的获取,是过程的锻炼和展示,学生有所收获,这才是不留遗憾的教学。
