对镍基超合金Inconel6 90进行了离子渗氮处理。利用扫描电镜 (SEM)、X射线衍射 (XRD)及电子背散射衍射 (EBSD)等手段对渗氮层进行了表征。结果表明 :Inconel 6 90经低温离子渗氮处理生成氮在奥氏体中的过饱和固溶相 (γN 相 ) ;取向不同的晶粒γN 层厚度不同 ;γN 层生长速度在θ<1 0 0 >(<10 0>晶向和渗层生长方向的最小夹角 )值较小的晶粒内比在θ<1 0 0 >值较大的晶粒内快 ,并且γN 层厚度与θ<1 0 0 >大致呈线性关系。
Nickel-based superalloy Inconel6 90 was ion nitriding. The nitrided layer was characterized by SEM, XRD and EBSD. The results show that the supersaturated solid solution phase (γN phase) of nitrogen in austenite is formed by Inconel 6 90 by low temperature plasma nitriding; the thickness of γN layer is different for different grain orientations; the growth rate of γN layer is less than 10% > (<10 0> crystal orientation and the direction of the growth of the minimum angle) smaller grain than the larger value of θ <1 0 0> within the faster grains, and γN layer thickness and θ <1 0 0> roughly linear relationship.
