随着电网建设技术水平的不断提高,越来越多的变电站工程采用气体绝缘组合电器(GIS),其基础形式多采用大体积混凝土基础。结合日月变750千伏变电站工程建设实例,对高寒地区超长GIS混凝土基础的技术原理和施工方法进行探讨,研究改进工序方法。应用热工计算方法,对基础混凝土配比、预埋件控制、混凝土浇筑、细部工艺等技术要点进行控制,防止基础出现温度裂缝,提高了混凝土观感和强度,以达到保证工程质量、缩短工期、节约造价的目的,为今后类似工程的施工积累经验。
With the continuous improvement of power grid construction technology, more and more substation projects using gas-insulated electrical combination (GIS), the basic form of the use of large-volume concrete foundation. Combined with the construction example of 750kV substation with sun, moon and moon, the technical principle and construction method of overlength GIS concrete foundation in alpine region are discussed, and the method of improving process is studied. Application of thermal calculation method, the ratio of basic concrete, embedded parts control, concrete pouring, detailed technology and other technical control points to prevent the occurrence of temperature cracks on the foundation to improve the perception and strength of concrete to ensure project quality and shorten the construction period, Save cost, accumulate experience for the construction of similar projects in the future.
