我厂在QTK40型塔机的试制及小批量生产中,腹杆下料工艺采用分度盘(刻度板)对准、偏心轮锁紧、砂轮机切割的方法。这种方法既能保证加工精度,又简单、经济、高效。现介绍如下(如图所示): 1.下料时,按腹杆长度要求,将后定位架5在导杆6上定位,松开偏心轮锁紧装置(弹簧自动将上下V形块分离一定距离),插入腹杆(工件)10至后定位架5,锁紧偏心轮装置便可切割。方腹杆在改变槽钢及锁紧装置结构后也一样可用。
