以沈阳建筑大学中德节能示范中心为例,探索在严寒地区建设近零能耗且具有较高室内环境质量的智能化办公建筑的设计策略和技术方法。文章对中心的建筑形式、外围护结构优化、双源热泵系统、地道新风系统、智能化系统、可再生能源系统的技术体系展开研究,同时分析运营期间的环境质量与能耗监测数据,验证了严寒地区实现近零能耗建筑的可行性,为严寒地区节能办公建筑的发展提供了一定的参考及适合的技术方案。
Taking the example of Sino-German Energy Saving Demonstration Center of Shenyang Jianzhu University, this paper explores the design strategies and technical methods of intelligent office buildings with near-zero energy consumption and high indoor environmental quality in cold regions. This paper studies the technical system of the center’s architectural form, exterior envelope optimization, dual-source heat pump system, authentic fresh air system, intelligent system and renewable energy system. At the same time, it analyzes the environmental quality and energy consumption monitoring data during operation, verifies The feasibility of achieving nearly zero-energy buildings in cold regions provides some references and suitable technical solutions for the development of energy-efficient office buildings in cold regions.
