Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics and related factors of adverse reactions induced by selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), and to provide a reference for clinical use. Methods: The data of SSRIs collected in the domestic literature database from 1989 to 2008 were retrieved and 77 cases were eligible. The cases were classified and studied according to the adverse reaction classification method of the World Health Organization (WHO) International Center for Drug Control and Cooperation. Results: Among the 77 patients with adverse reactions, there were more patients 21 to 40 years old (30 cases, 38.96%). Adverse reactions of SSRI included more tissues and nervous system damage (47 cases, 56.63%), adverse reactions Overall better. Conclusion: There are many reasons for SSRIs adverse reactions, but to correctly understand and carry out a comprehensive monitoring can effectively reduce or even avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions.
