HELLP(Hemolysis elevated Liver enzymes,Low Platelet Count)综合征是一种少见而严重的妊娠高血压综合征并发症,是重度妊高征(先兆子痫及子痫),出现血小板减少、溶血、肝功异常(肝酶升高)为特征的一组综合征。1982年由Weinsten首先提出这一病名。其发生率国外报道为妊高征的4%—12%,国内报道不多,尚无准确统计。因其病情复杂,此征要点尚未被产科医生普遍认识,故常被误诊为内科疾病。因处理不当,母儿围产病死率高。据报道,
