目的:探讨幸福的积极情绪是否存在二维结构,及二维结构是否优于单维结构。方法:对203名大学生进行开放式调查,对403名大学生进行初测,采用幸福的情绪体验问卷、积极体验消极体验量表、自我实现幸福问卷、个人成长分量表、需要满足问卷和生活满意度量表对716名大学生和381名成人进行正式施测。结果:幸福的情绪体验问卷包含自我实现体验、需要满足体验和消极情绪三个维度、共27题,大学生样本Cronbachα=0.899,成人样本Cronbachα=0.906;增加自我实现体验维度后,幸福的积极情绪二维结构对生活满意度的解释率增加了6.8%(F<0.001)。结论:幸福的积极情绪分为自我实现体验和需要满足体验两个维度;幸福的情绪体验问卷可作为测验幸福的主观体验的良好工具。
Objective: To explore whether there is a two-dimensional structure of the positive emotions of happiness and whether the two-dimensional structure is superior to the one-dimensional structure. Methods: An open survey was conducted on 203 undergraduates. A preliminary test was conducted on 403 undergraduates. A questionnaire of happy emotions, a positive experience of negative experiential questionnaires, a self-actualizing happiness questionnaire and a personal growth subscale were used to satisfy the questionnaire and life satisfaction measures A formal test of 716 undergraduates and 381 adults was conducted. Results: The Happy Emotional Experience Questionnaire contains three dimensions of experience and negative emotions, 27 questions in total, including Cronbachα = 0.899 for college students and Cronbachα = 0.906 for adults, and positive emotions for self-realization The dimensional structure of life satisfaction increased by 6.8% (F <0.001). Conclusion: The positive emotions of happiness are divided into two dimensions, self-fulfilling experience and satisfying experiencing experience. The happy emotion experience questionnaire can be used as a good tool to test the subjective experience of happiness.
