为华北、西北选育抗逆性强的速生品种,我们于1957年用小叶杨为母本,钻天杨及旱柳的混合花粉(1:8)为父本进行杂交,得杂种苗。通过选择率8.05%选得杂种苗10株,形成10个无性系,其混合材料命名为群众杨,其各无性系为群众扬无性系。通过性状测定和区域化试验,说明群众杨是一个速生(木材增益达114%—690%)耐盐碱、高光效、耐旱、抗腐烂及溃疡病、材质优良的杨树新品种,适应于华北及西北栽培。通过同功酶、免疫化学等测定,它的遗传基础中参有旱柳的作用。
To breed fast-growing varieties with strong resistance in north and northwest China, we hybridized the mixed pollen (1: 8) with Populus simonii and Salix matsutake in 1957 as the female parent to get hybrid seedlings. Ten hybrid plants were selected by the selection rate of 8.05% to form 10 clones. The mixed materials were named as poplar poplars and their clones were poplar clones. By means of trait determination and regionalization test, Populus poplar is a new poplar variety with fast material (114% -690% wood gain), high photosynthetic efficiency, drought tolerance, decay resistance and ulcer disease, suitable for North China and Northwest cultivation. Through the isoenzyme, immunochemistry and other determination, its genetic basis in the role of Salix seedlings.
