考察了不同质量浓度的NaCl,KCl,MgCl2Na2 SO4和MgSO4等电解质溶液对多孔性高分子聚乙烯管式微滤膜(MF膜)的流动特性随压差的变化关系.结果显示在各个电解质溶液中MF膜的透过流量随压差的变化基本上是直线关系.但随着股的连续使用,在不同电解质溶液中测得的纯水透过系数逐渐减小.这表明MF膜在使用过程中受到污染.其膜孔堵塞.从而使得流量持续下降.由MF膜清洗实验可知,选择适当的清洗剂可以有效消除膜的污染.
The relationship between the pressure drop and the flow characteristics of multi-pore polyethylene microporous membrane (MF) was investigated with different concentrations of electrolytes such as NaCl, KCl, MgCl2Na2SO4 and MgSO4. The results show that the permeation flux of MF membrane in each electrolyte solution is basically a linear relationship with the pressure difference. However, with continuous use of strands, the pure water permeation coefficient measured in different electrolyte solutions gradually decreases. This shows that the MF membrane is contaminated during use. The membrane hole is blocked. So that the flow continued to decline. MF membrane cleaning experiments show that the choice of an appropriate cleaning agent can effectively eliminate the membrane pollution.
