Due to the increase in the number of people wearing soft-contact lenses, wearing glasses after the change in the long-range change has become a common concern. We observed changes in refraction within two years of myopic patients wearing long-wearing soft-contact lenses and plain glasses, respectively, and analyzed the relationship between refractive changes and age and original refraction. Subjects and methods First, in our hospital outpatient wear long wearing soft contact lens patients choose to insist on wearing glasses every week for not less than 5 days, accounting for 68 cases (136 eyes) for the soft lens group. Another option to wear glasses in 60 patients (120 eyes) for the general group. Second, the observed objects were treated with 1% tropicamide fully paralyzed ciliary muscle retinoscopy, tracking check about every 6 months, totaling 2 years, this article statistics in terms of eye as the unit of refraction.
