建立“有效的课堂教学”是每一位教师梦寐以求的,何为“有效”?笔者结合自身的实践教学,在教学活动中,教师如何采用有效的教学方式和手段,花费最少的时间和精力,使课堂教学取得尽可能理想的效果,并且将学生的潜能激发出来,让每一位学生都能在课堂中获得最大限度的进步。自从新课程改革以来,教师的教学方式方法也发生了很大的变化,课堂有效教学的构建也逐渐成为课改路上值得总结与反思的热门课题之一。这也就需要语文教师在教学中科学借助课内外时间引导学生主动学习,提高教学效益,因此,作为教师的我们一直在努力完成这一教学目标。
To establish “effective classroom teaching ” is every teacher’s dream, what is “effective ”? The author combined his own practice teaching, in the teaching activities, Time and energy to make the classroom teaching as ideal as possible, and to inspire the potential of students, so that every student can get the maximum progress in the classroom. Since the reform of the new curriculum, the teaching methods and methods of teachers have undergone tremendous changes. The construction of effective teaching in the classroom has gradually become one of the hot topics worth summarizing and reflecting on the curriculum reform. This also requires language teachers in teaching science with class time to guide students to take the initiative to learn and improve teaching effectiveness, therefore, as a teacher we have been trying to accomplish this teaching goal.
