西藏地区超基性岩型细粒级金刚石的选矿,在国内还没有先例,国外也不多见。含金刚石的矿石有原生矿和砂矿两种类型,而原生矿又分为铬铁矿和橄榄岩两种类型,其矿物组成主要是,铬铁矿和橄榄石;砂矿中主要矿物为石英和长石。从矿物组成来看,显然,不能用选金伯利岩中金刚石的工艺流程来选别该种金刚石,须采用新工艺流程。
