运用三维实验测量为主的方法,对我国优秀竞技健美操运动员转体180度屈体跳再转体180度成俯撑C477的运动学分析。研究表明:腾空高度与起跳瞬时的垂直速度和腾空时间成正比例关系,高重心和爆发力强是大幅度完成C477难度动作的前提;起跳阶段,运动员下肢关节踝关节缓冲幅度最大,髋关节最小;踝、膝关节角度分别在40°~50°、30°~45°时能为后续蹬伸动作的完成储备较大的弹性势能;腾空阶段,水平越高的运动员,其髋、膝、踝关节角度越大,身体伸展越充分。落地缓冲阶段,运动员肘关节屈角为90°~110°、踝关节缓冲角度为25°~40°时,完成落地效果最佳。
