近几年来劳动争议案件数呈逐年上升趋势,其中争议原因由劳动报酬引起的案件数所占比例较高。作为承担维护广大劳动者合法权益的工会,要不断发挥自身职能,避免或降低类似案件发生,逐步形成劳动者—雇主之间和谐共赢的局面。对此,本文基于转型期中国微小型民营企业工资集体协商的视角,提出要加大微小型民营企业行业工会建设的力度,发挥其在改善劳动者工资报酬方面的作用,这对社会稳定的重要性也将不言而喻。
In recent years, the number of cases of labor disputes has been increasing year by year, of which the controversy is caused by the higher proportion of labor remuneration cases. As a trade union that undertakes to safeguard the lawful rights and interests of a large number of laborers, it is necessary to constantly exert its own functions to prevent or reduce the occurrence of similar cases and gradually form a harmonious and win-win situation for laborers and employers. In view of this, based on the perspective of wage collective bargaining in China’s small private-owned enterprises during the transition period, this paper proposes that it is necessary to intensify the construction of trade unions in the micro-and small-sized private enterprises, and give play to its role in improving wages and salaries of workers, which is important for social stability Sex will also be self-evident.
