新课程改革是我国教育改革的重大举措,小学班主任是我国教育体制下最前沿的教育工作者,在我国的教育体系中起着重要的作用。小学班主任如何转换角色,适应新课程理念成为当下教育中亟待解决的重要问题。按照新课程理念的要求,小学班主任的角色转换存在着知识结构不完备、创新机制不健全、思想观念更新困难等问题。针对以上问题,小学班主任和学校应该采取以下对策:查漏补缺,提升综合能力;开阔视野,提高创新能力;建立有效的培训机制。
The reform of the new curriculum is a major measure of education reform in our country. The head teacher of primary schools is the most advanced educator under the educational system in our country and plays an important role in our education system. How to change the role of primary school teacher, to adapt to the concept of the new curriculum has become an urgent need to be addressed in education today. According to the requirements of the new curriculum concept, there are some problems such as the incomplete knowledge structure, the imperfect innovation mechanism, and the difficulty of updating the concept of ideas. In response to the above problems, primary school teachers and schools should take the following measures: leaks fill vacancies to enhance comprehensive ability; broaden their horizons and enhance innovation ability; establish effective training mechanism.
